File an appeal

If you're applying for housing or already a tenant, and you don't agree with a decision made by MCM Housing that could affect your application or tenancy, you have the right to appeal it.

Basically, it means you can let us know if you're not happy with a decision we made, and we'll take another look at it. You have the opportunity to tell us why you disagree and ask us to reconsider. There are different decisions you can appeal depending on if you’re an applicant or an existing tenant.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we'll still be here to support you. We'll provide you with information on how you can take the matter further if you wish to do so. Remember, we're here to help and find the best resolution possible.
