We’re constantly looking for opportunities to create more housing for young people in Victoria.

We are committed to ensuring that our work delivers benefits not only to the young person but also to the community, and to creating a space for meaningful, productive connections.

Our housing aims to meet the various needs of young people and go one step further than just providing housing, but also housing young people well.

We understand that for many of our tenants, ours is their first experience of ‘formal’ housing. That’s why we aim to provide as much information as possible about what it means to be a good tenant, while also educating tenants on their rights. We believe this will help set up young people to move forward confidently into housing, not only knowing what is expected of them, but also how to confidently know their rights.

Currently, MCM Housing provides and manages various types of housing, which aims to meet the needs of young people at different points in their housing journey.
